Notifications are triggered when channel queues exceed 500, error counts surpass 100, custom delay thresholds are reached, or servers go offline. Channel Delay Alerting

The Custom Alerts feature in the 7Med Portal allows users to set up specific monitoring rules for their Mirth channels. Users can create alerts based on inactivity, specifying a channel and the duration (in minutes) of no activity to trigger an alert. Additionally, users can define queries to monitor specific message content; if messages matching the query are not received within the set time frame, an alert will be displayed on the dashboard.
